Il s&#8217;agit en effet de deux incontournables de la cuisine marocaine: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la Ma\u00e2kouda: Appel\u00e9e aussi Makrouta \u00e0 F\u00e8s, est une galette de pomme de terre enrob\u00e9e d&#8217;une pate \u00e0 beignet et frite, tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e au Maroc &amp; en Alg\u00e9rie. Elle fait des ravages en Street Food et se consomme g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans du pain avec de la Harissa. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lbid Bel Khlii: Lbid qui veut dire oeufs en arabe au L&#8217;Khlii est une viande s\u00e9ch\u00e9e qui se conserve dans de la graisse. Je vous laisse maintenant avec la recette, mais avant je vous ai pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que ce beau bun brioch\u00e9 et moelleux est sans gluten? P\u00e2te \u00e0 beignet <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous allons tout d&#8217;abord commencer par pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 beignet pour la laisser reposer le temps de faire les galettes de pommes de terres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la pate \u00e0 beignet avec de l&#8217;eau gazeuse de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence ou plate<sup data-fn=\"46737cb0-5664-4195-90b0-a00c6a65c7e4\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#46737cb0-5664-4195-90b0-a00c6a65c7e4\" id=\"46737cb0-5664-4195-90b0-a00c6a65c7e4-link\">1<\/a><\/sup>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la forte chaleur, les \u0153ufs cuisent instantan\u00e9ment. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une Maryse, je d\u00e9place la partie cuite de l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur vers l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, en secouant la po\u00eale pour recouvrir la zone que je viens de lib\u00e9rer. Je r\u00e9p\u00e8te cette m\u00e9thode jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir des \u0153ufs cuits mais encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moelleux. Comme les \u0153ufs sont moelleux, je prends un emporte-pi\u00e8ce de la taille du pain \u00e0 burger et j&#8217;essaie de contenir les \u0153ufs, qui sont faciles \u00e0 manipuler en raison de leur texture moelleuse, \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce. Je les laisse cuire encore 5 minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce.
