Ils ma\u00eetrisent ces plats gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur exp\u00e9rience et \u00e0 leur pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, transmettant leurs astuces de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La connaissance de la langue de ce pays est un \u00e9norme avantage pour rechercher des informations directement dans cette langue. M\u00eame en ajustant les quantit\u00e9s, je trouvais que le r\u00e9sultat manquait d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre, car pour obtenir la consistance parfaite, je devais souvent ajouter plus de liquide que ce que j&#8217;aimais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me plonger dans les vid\u00e9os de cuisine des cr\u00e9ateurs de contenu de cuisine du Moyen-Orient pour d\u00e9couvrir leurs astuces et leurs \u00e9tapes afin d&#8217;obtenir un Houmous ultra cr\u00e9meux. Et je suis vraiment ravie du r\u00e9sultat ! Maintenant, je vais vous d\u00e9voiler toutes les \u00e9tapes pour r\u00e9ussir un Houmous cr\u00e9meux. C&#8217;est facile \u00e0 faire, mais \u00e7a demande un peu d&#8217;organisation en avance. La pr\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessite plus de temps d&#8217;attente que d&#8217;action, mais \u00e7a en vaut vraiment la peine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img Commencez par tremper les pois chiches dans de l&#8217;eau. Couvrez-les d&#8217;eau et ajoutez 1\/2 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de sodium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention \u00e0 ne pas en mettre trop, j&#8217;en parle par exp\u00e9rience. Une couche se formera \u00e0 la surface au d\u00e9but de la cuisson \u00e9cumez l\u00e0 avant de refermer votre fait-tout.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous utilisez des pois chiches en conserve, je vous recommande vivement de les cuire, car ils ne sont pas suffisamment cuits pour obtenir un r\u00e9sultat similaire. La cuisson sera probablement plus rapide. Cependant, celle que je vais vous pr\u00e9senter est assez unique, et en voyant le r\u00e9sultat, vous allez \u00eatre convaincu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les pois chiches cuits, \u00e9gouttez-les dans une passoire et transf\u00e9rez-les imm\u00e9diatement dans un mixeur. Mixez-les tant qu&#8217;ils sont chauds. Vous obtiendrez une texture incroyablement cr\u00e9meuse, m\u00eame sans l&#8217;ajout d&#8217;autres ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 votre Houmous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et oui pas besoin d\u2019\u00e9plucher pois chiche par pois chiche, le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bluffant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je trouve cette \u00e9tape juste r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice!!! Car gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette texture ultra cr\u00e9meuse obtenue \u00e0 ce stade, je n&#8217;ai plus besoin d&#8217;ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients pour parvenir \u00e0 cette consistance. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenu la texture souhait\u00e9e. Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus, \u00e9talez-la dans un grand plat aussi finement que possible afin de favoriser un refroidissement rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, j&#8217;ai film\u00e9 le plat et mis la pr\u00e9paration au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
