C&#8217;est une pr\u00e9paration compos\u00e9e d&#8217;une feuille de Pastilla ou de Brick farcie aux amandes et enrob\u00e9e de miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour apporter une touche originale \u00e0 cette recette, j&#8217;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une version sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e en utilisant du fromage frais et de la mozzarella, rehauss\u00e9s de thym, d&#8217;origan et d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Il me restait quelques feuilles, j&#8217;ai confectionn\u00e9 \u00e9galement quelques versions de taille moyenne, tout aussi esth\u00e9tiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs autres recettes exploit\u00e9es avec cette forme, comme par exemple r\u00e9aliser une farce de Pastilla au poulet et lui donner la forme d&#8217;un Mhancha ou d&#8217;un Serpentin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces Mhencha peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sans gluten. Personnellement, j&#8217;ai une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la p\u00e2te Filo, mais les deux fonctionnent tout aussi bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous optez pour la p\u00e2te Filo, gardez \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit qu&#8217;elle s&#8217;ass\u00e8che tr\u00e8s rapidement. Veillez donc \u00e0 la conserver couverte jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 son utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenez une feuille de Brick ou de Filo, puis badigeonnez-la enti\u00e8rement de beurre. Ensuite, au moment de former les Mhancha, je coupe chacune de ces moiti\u00e9s en deux \u00e9galement. Cette \u00e9tape est facultative, mais je la recommande particuli\u00e8rement pour les mini Mhancha, car elles ont tendance \u00e0 s&#8217;ouvrir facilement.
