Ces mini croissants brioch\u00e9s fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;Amlou, cette fameuse p\u00e2te d&#8217;amandes, d&#8217;huile d&#8217;argan et de miel, sont ensuite impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s d&#8217;un sirop parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces petits mini d\u00e9lices mignons apportent une touche d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9gance et de charme \u00e0 toute 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Amlou est une pr\u00e9paration typiquement originaire du sud du Maroc, sp\u00e9cialement des r\u00e9gions de l&#8217;Atlas et de Souss. Elle est faite \u00e0 partir de trois ingr\u00e9dients de base : les amandes, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;argan et le miel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette p\u00e2te est habituellement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e au petit d\u00e9jeuner avec un pain chaud tout juste sorti du four et une tasse de th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe. C&#8217;\u00e9tait mon petit d\u00e9jeuner habituel avant d&#8217;aller \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole ( J&#8217;ai des frissons rien que d&#8217;y penser).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;essence m\u00eame de l&#8217;Amlou, qui lui donne ce go\u00fbt si particulier, provient principalement de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;argan. C&#8217;est elle qui donne cette saveur intense et unique, impossible \u00e0 reproduire. Si vous avez envie de d\u00e9couvrir cette saveur exceptionnelle, je vous recommande vivement d&#8217;utiliser ces trois ingr\u00e9dients. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<br>Dans un plat allant au four, placez les amandes dans une plaque de cuisson. Remuez les amandes de temps en temps jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles prennent une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. Attention, ne les laissez pas br\u00fbler ! Vous pouvez ajuster la quantit\u00e9 de miel selon votre go\u00fbt pour le sucr\u00e9. Ensuite, transf\u00e9rez l&#8217;Amlou dans une bo\u00eete en verre herm\u00e9tique pour la conserver. Elle est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 travailler, vous pouvez la p\u00e9trir et lui donner la forme souhait\u00e9e sans aucun souci. Vous ne devineriez m\u00eame pas que ces mini croissants brioch\u00e9s sont sans gluten, tellement ils sont doux et moelleux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 la recette de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche de &#8220;The Loopy Whisk&#8221; avec quelques ajustements.
