Des brochettes de poulet avec des l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s, accompagn\u00e9es d&#8217;un pain pita sans gluten super rapide \u00e0 faire avec seulement 2 ingr\u00e9dients et d&#8217;une sauce yaourt. Chacun se sert pour composer son propre sandwich. J&#8217;utilise toujours ce que j&#8217;ai sous la main. Derni\u00e8rement, j&#8217;avais des poireaux et du fenouil, ce dernier \u00e9tant de saison avec sa saveur anis\u00e9e que j&#8217;adore. J&#8217;aime d\u00e9couper les morceaux assez \u00e9pais pour obtenir des brochettes bien juteuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u00e9coupe deux blancs de poulet en morceaux g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, assez pour r\u00e9aliser 4 brochettes de poulet. Ensuite, je les assaisonne simplement: sel, poivre, ail, \u00e9chalote en poudre et un gros filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Je ne mets pas beaucoup d&#8217;\u00e9pices car je vais ajouter par la suite un enrobage incroyable que j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert. Ensuite, je les mets au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0C pendant environ 15 minutes maximum. Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&#8217;avoir cette texture grill\u00e9e sans trop ass\u00e9cher la viande au four, atteignant ainsi ce r\u00e9sultat uniquement avec la cuisson au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saisir la viande d&#8217;abord dans une po\u00eale chaude avant de poursuivre la cuisson au four est une technique tr\u00e8s utile pour contr\u00f4ler la cuisson. Si on essayait d&#8217;obtenir cette dorure uniquement avec le four, cela risquerait d&#8217;ass\u00e9cher la viande, surtout le blanc de poulet, avant d&#8217;obtenir la coloration d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Cela apporte une saveur d\u00e9licieusement gourmande, \u00e0 la fois acidul\u00e9e, sucr\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce au <a href=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/en\/relish-maison\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Relish\">Relish<\/a> et \u00e9pic\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CwTF-L8pGVc\/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet\" title=\"l&#039;Harissa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">l&#8217;Harissa<\/a>. Badigeonnez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement les brochettes avec ce m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Relish constitue l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment secret de la sauce Big Mac, c&#8217;est un condiment typiquement am\u00e9ricain utilis\u00e9 pour agr\u00e9menter les hot-dogs et les hamburgers. M\u00e9langez du yaourt avec de l&#8217;ail hach\u00e9, du persil finement coup\u00e9, une pinc\u00e9e de sel, de poivre et un filet de jus de citron. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez pr\u00e9senter l&#8217;ensemble dans des pains pita.
