J&#8217;adore cr\u00e9er de nouveaux desserts \u00e0 chaque occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je voulais quelque chose \u00e0 la fois simple, beau et aim\u00e9 de tous. Quoi de mieux qu&#8217;un Tiramisu ? Mais ce ne sera pas un tiramisu ordinaire, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re apporter ma touche personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vais r\u00e9aliser une sorte de tiramisu en forme de b\u00fbche, mais avec des saveurs marocaines : un m\u00e9lange de caf\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9 et de d\u00e9licate fleur d\u2019oranger, le tout avec des biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re sans gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour t&#8217;aider 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser ces d\u00e9licieux biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re, tu n&#8217;as besoin que d&#8217;une poche \u00e0 douille. Veille \u00e0 ne pas perdre l&#8217;air incorpor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamise ensemble la farine sans gluten, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, la gomme guar et la levure chimique dans ce m\u00e9lange. Ensuite, tu mouds 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de grains de caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s et tu y ajoutes 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u00e9pices que tu viens de pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prends 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de caf\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9 que tu m\u00e9langes avec 600 ml d&#8217;eau chaude. Fais chauffer \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis arr\u00eate le feu. Tu peux sucrer le caf\u00e9 selon tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences ; pour ma part, j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;agave. Trempe les biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re dans le caf\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9 froid, puis dispose-les en une rang\u00e9e au fond du moule \u00e0 cake et sur les bords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoute la moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me sur la premi\u00e8re couche de biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re tremp\u00e9s dans le caf\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9. Ensuite, dispose une autre rang\u00e9e de biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re imbib\u00e9s de caf\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9, puis \u00e9tale le reste de la cr\u00e8me. Termine par une derni\u00e8re rang\u00e9e de biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re. Recouvre le tout d&#8217;un film alimentaire en contact avec la surface de la cr\u00e8me. Fouette jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la chantilly soit bien mont\u00e9e. Pour savoir si elle est bien mont\u00e9e, retourne le bol : la cr\u00e8me doit \u00eatre fig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, tu peux utiliser cette chantilly mascarpone pour ajouter une couche suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 ton tiramisu ou pour l&#8217;agr\u00e9menter avant de le servir. Soit en pochant ou ajouter avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 la bonne franquette.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoute du cacao tamis\u00e9 pour saupoudrer la surface. Pour rappeler les saveurs, j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 un soup\u00e7on de s\u00e9same, de badiane, de cardamome, du pollen et quelques p\u00e9tales de roses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que tu as saupoudr\u00e9 de cacao, si tu veux le pr\u00e9senter, \u00e9vite de le remettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur car l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 pourrait alt\u00e9rer son apparence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
