Franchement, je trouve que cela donne un go\u00fbt bien meilleur. Je vous propose ma recette de harira faite avec des l\u00e9gumes, totalement sans gluten. Dans une marmite, ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de smen. Ajoutez les morceaux de viande (si utilis\u00e9s) les herbes hach\u00e9es et les \u00e9pices avec un fond d&#8217;eau, puis faites revenir quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Ajoutez 2 litres d&#8217;eau chaude, les l\u00e9gumes (tomates, carottes, pommes de terre), les pois chiches et laissez cuire environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Retirez les l\u00e9gumes cuits et mixez-les. Hachez les oignons et coupez les poireaux en fines rondelles, puis faites-les revenir dans de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel. Lorsqu&#8217;ils deviennent translucides, ajoutez le reste des \u00e9pices et la viande hach\u00e9e. Faites cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit cuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 20 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0, ta harira est fin pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e ! Ajoute un filet de jus de citron frais, quelques feuilles de coriandre pour une touche de fra\u00eecheur, et accompagne-la de briouates bien croustillantes. Tu peux aussi savourer ce d\u00e9licieux plat avec des \u0153ufs, des dattes ou de la Chebbakia pour une exp\u00e9rience culinaire des plus savoureuses.
