On les trouve souvent chez les vendeurs d&#8217;olives qui proposent une multitude de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s marin\u00e9es, le tout accompagn\u00e9 de citron confit. Mais s\u00e9rieusement, choisis ce que tu aimes. Tu peux les st\u00e9riliser en les laissant 10 minutes \u00e0 la vapeur. Assure-toi qu&#8217;elle les recouvre compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferme bien les pots, laisse-les refroidir, et garde-les au frigo pendant une semaine avant de les d\u00e9guster.
