Aujourd&#8217;hui, je te montre comment je r\u00e9cup\u00e8re mes erreurs en cuisine pour \u00e9viter le gaspillage. Par exemple, je pensais pouvoir r\u00e9aliser des chebbakias sans gluten, mais quelque chose a mal tourn\u00e9. La p\u00e2te \u00e9tait trop friable pour \u00eatre manipul\u00e9e. Plut\u00f4t que de la jeter avec tous ses pr\u00e9cieux ingr\u00e9dients, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de transformer cette situation en cr\u00e9ant de petits biscuits cuits au four, que j&#8217;ai ensuite enrob\u00e9s de miel et de s\u00e9same.
