Tout \u00e7a, c&#8217;est \u00e0 cause des changements dans tes hormones pendant ton cycle menstruel. Ces variations peuvent te rendre fatigu\u00e9e, te donner moins envie de sortir ou m\u00eame te d\u00e9moraliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais comprendre ces changements peut t&#8217;aider \u00e0 mieux vivre avec. C&#8217;est comme si tu apprenais \u00e0 conna\u00eetre ton corps pour te sentir mieux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ces sympt\u00f4mes sont tr\u00e8s s\u00e9v\u00e8res, tu peux te faire suivre pour trouver un \u00e9quilibre qui te convient et apprendre en m\u00eame temps \u00e0 vivre en fonction de ton cycle, en l&#8217;\u00e9coutant pour travailler avec lui plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;il travaille contre toi.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant longtemps, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 coup\u00e9es de nos cycles menstruels et il nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9 de vivre comme les hommes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les hommes ont un cycle hormonal qui se d\u00e9roule sur environ 24 heures, comme une horloge qui se r\u00e9p\u00e8te chaque jour. Alors que nous, les femmes, avons un cycle hormonal qui dure environ un mois. Cela signifie que nos hormones montent et descendent tout au long de ce mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette diff\u00e9rence est importante car elle affecte notre \u00e9nergie, notre humeur et m\u00eame nos besoins en fonction de la phase de notre cycle menstruel. Comprendre cela peut vraiment nous aider \u00e0 mieux nous sentir dans notre peau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_phases_principales_de_ton_cycle_menstruelle\"><\/span>Les phases principales de ton cycle menstruelle<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Avant l&#8217;ovulation<\/strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"> ( La phase folliculaire &amp; Ovulatoire):<\/mark> <\/em> Cette premi\u00e8re phase d\u00e9marre d\u00e8s le premier jour de tes r\u00e8gles et se poursuit jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;ovulation. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, ton corps se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer un ovule (un \u0153uf). Tes hormones, notamment l&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8ne, augmentent progressivement pour stimuler la croissance de l&#8217;ovule dans ton ovaire. C&#8217;est un peu comme le d\u00e9but d&#8217;une histoire excitante pour ton corps!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;ovulation<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"> <em>(la phase Lut\u00e9ale et Menstruelle): <\/em><\/mark>Une fois que ton ovule est lib\u00e9r\u00e9, commence la seconde phase de ton cycle. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, tes hormones changent \u00e0 nouveau. L&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8ne diminue et la progest\u00e9rone augmente pour pr\u00e9parer ton corps \u00e0 une \u00e9ventuelle grossesse. Cependant, il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes pr\u00e9menstruels et d&#8217;apprendre \u00e0 vivre en harmonie avec ces diff\u00e9rentes phases. Cela peut se traduire par des choix vari\u00e9s : le type d&#8217;exercice, l&#8217;alimentation, l&#8217;organisation de tes activit\u00e9s et tes interactions sociales&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quest_ce_que_cest_le_Seed_Cycling\"><\/span>Qu&#8217;est ce que c&#8217;est le Seed Cycling?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le seed cycling consiste \u00e0 manger diff\u00e9rentes graines pendant les phases lut\u00e9ale et folliculaire du cycle menstruel pour \u00e9quilibrer les hormones et r\u00e9guler le cycle.
