Le Ramadan approche \u00e0 grands pas, et comme moi, tu dois s\u00fbrement avoir envie de pr\u00e9parer des bricks ou des briouates. Je trouve \u00e7a \u00e9trange que certains plats soient uniquement r\u00e9serv\u00e9s \u00e0 ce mois-l\u00e0. Personnellement, je ne les cuisine jamais en dehors du Ramadan, m\u00eame si je les adore ! Peut-\u00eatre que cela contribue \u00e0 maintenir leur charme sp\u00e9cial? Peut \u00eatre!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Maroc, on pr\u00e9pare les bricks, appel\u00e9es Briwates ou Briwa, en les pliant sous forme de triangle, symbolisant ainsi une &#8220;enveloppe&#8221;. Hachez l&#8217;oignon les poireaux, puis faites-les revenir dans de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel. Lorsqu&#8217;ils deviennent translucides, ajoutez le reste des \u00e9pices et la viande hach\u00e9e. Faites cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit cuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement les olives vertes, coupez le citron confit en d\u00e9s et hachez la coriandre fra\u00eeche, puis ajoutez-les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Badigeonnez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d&#8217;huile m\u00e9langer \u00e0 un jaune d&#8217;oeuf, les briouates ainsi pr\u00e9par\u00e9es, puis placez-les sur une plaque allant au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
