de farine sans gluten de la marque Monoprix, et celui de la marque Schar fonctionne aussi \u00e0 merveille. Mais je suis s\u00fbr que tu peux r\u00e9aliser ce m\u00e9lange toi-m\u00eame \u00e0 la maison. M\u00eame si je n&#8217;ai pas encore eu l&#8217;occasion de le faire, j&#8217;ai h\u00e2te d&#8217;essayer et de partager la recette avec toi d\u00e8s que possible. L&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;obtenir un m\u00e9lange un peu liquide. Je te recommande donc de commencer avec environ 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau, puis d&#8217;ajouter progressivement de l&#8217;eau au besoin.<br>L&#8217;ajout graduel d&#8217;eau est une astuce pr\u00e9cieuse pour obtenir la consistance parfaite, alors n&#8217;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 ajuster en fonction de ton m\u00e9lange de farine sp\u00e9cifique. Place simplement la po\u00eale froide sur la casserole bouillante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la po\u00eale froide, verse une quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te, puis laisse-la s&#8217;\u00e9couler doucement pour qu&#8217;elle recouvre toute la surface de la po\u00eale. L&#8217;objectif est de cr\u00e9er une couche fine et uniforme de p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite, place la po\u00eale sur la casserole remplie d&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant la cuisson, surveille attentivement ta feuille. Lorsqu&#8217;elle commence \u00e0 changer de couleur et \u00e0 s\u00e9cher (un processus qui ne prend que quelques secondes), et que les bords commencent \u00e0 se d\u00e9coller, retourne la po\u00eale pendant 2 \u00e0 3 secondes pour qu&#8217;elle entre en contact avec la vapeur. Cela l&#8217;aidera \u00e0 se d\u00e9coller facilement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec pr\u00e9caution, retire doucement la feuille. Lorsque tu as termin\u00e9, la texture devrait \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9paisse, similaire \u00e0 celle d&#8217;une cr\u00eape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les feuilles de brick, le processus est beaucoup plus simple. Sur une po\u00eale chaude et antiadh\u00e9sive, prends un pinceau. Impr\u00e8gne-le de p\u00e2te et fais des coups de pinceau sur la po\u00eale pour la recouvrir. Repasse un coup sur les endroits fins si n\u00e9cessaire. En quelques secondes, tu peux retirer la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comme les deux p\u00e2tes s\u00e8chent rapidement, je te recommande de les s\u00e9parer avec un morceau de papier cuisson pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elles ne collent entre elles.
