Personnellement, je la trouve m\u00eame meilleure que celle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec de la farine de bl\u00e9. M\u00eame si tu n&#8217;as pas de probl\u00e8me d&#8217;intol\u00e9rance au gluten, je te recommande vivement de l&#8217;essayer \ud83e\udd70, le go\u00fbt est vraiment plus riche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette, qui est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e dans la cuisine marocaine, alg\u00e9rienne et tunisienne, est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d&#8217;origine berb\u00e8re, un groupe ethnique d&#8217;Afrique du Nord. C&#8217;est pourquoi elle rencontre un tel succ\u00e8s et est pr\u00e9sente quotidiennement dans de nombreux foyers de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"ez-toc-container\" class=\"ez-toc-v2_0_82_2 mes cr\u00eapes mille trous ne font pas de trou ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trous dans les cr\u00eapes baghrir se forment \u00e0 cause d&#8217;une r\u00e9action chimique entre le vinaigre et la levure, produisant du gaz carbonique (CO2). Lorsque la p\u00e2te cuit, les bulles de gaz remontent \u00e0 la surface, cr\u00e9ant ainsi les petits trous que l&#8217;on voit sur les cr\u00eapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir les cr\u00eapes \u00e0 mille trous sans gluten, voici quelques facteurs importants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La consistance de la p\u00e2te:<\/strong> vise un juste milieu entre liquide et \u00e9paisse. Suis les dosages des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 la lettre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le choix de la po\u00eale:<\/strong> opte pour une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive ou une cr\u00eapi\u00e8re pour \u00e9viter que les cr\u00eapes milles tous sans gluten n&#8217;accrochent. On les savoure chaudes, napp\u00e9es de miel et de beurre, avec \u00e9ventuellement une touche d&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger pour ceux qui aiment. On les accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&#8217;un d\u00e9licieux th\u00e9 vert \u00e0 la menthe bien chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux aussi les garnir de confiture ou de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner, comme l&#8217;Amlou. quelques conseils :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assure-toi de bien mixer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 baghrir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La consistance de la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre semblable \u00e0 celle d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eape, ni trop liquide ni trop \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisse reposer la p\u00e2te pour la fermentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilise une po\u00eale bien chaude pour une cuisson uniforme et rapide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne te mets pas la pression, la premi\u00e8re cr\u00eape sert souvent de test pour ajuster la temp\u00e9rature et la technique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verse une portion de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale hors du feu et \u00e9tale-la finement en faisant un tour de 360 degr\u00e9s avant de poursuivre la cuisson sur le feu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passer la po\u00eale sous l&#8217;eau et la s\u00e9cher avant chaque cr\u00eape peut aider \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la chaleur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la
