comme du beurre visuellement. C&#8217;est ce qui va lui donner cette l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et \u00e9viter de finir avec un Mssemen sans gluten \u00e9pais. Je te recommande de la p\u00e9trir avec un robot si tu en as un,  pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne colle \u00e0 tes doigts. Mais honn\u00eatement, \u00e7a se fait tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 la main aussi, un peu de p\u00e2te sur les mains ne fait pas de mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comment_faconner_les_Mssemen_sans_gluten\"><\/span>Comment fa\u00e7onner les Mssemen sans gluten?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour fa\u00e7onner tes msemen sans gluten, tu auras besoin d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange de <strong>beurre et d&#8217;huile.<\/strong> Personnellement, j&#8217;aime utiliser de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, mais la plupart optent pour de l&#8217;huile de tournesol. \u00c0 toi de choisir ! Je te conseille \u00e9galement d&#8217;utiliser de la farine de ma\u00efs pour saupoudrer entre les feuilles de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la pr\u00e9paration, tu auras besoin de papier cuisson, d&#8217;un r<strong>ouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie<\/strong> et d&#8217;une <strong>spatule en silicone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de noter que tu ne pourras pas fa\u00e7onner un Mssemen sans gluten de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&#8217;avec de la farine de bl\u00e9, car la p\u00e2te a tendance \u00e0 coller aux mains et \u00e0 la surface de travail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te conseille alors d&#8217;utiliser du papier cuisson : place une boule de p\u00e2te bien huil\u00e9e entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson pour faciliter le fa\u00e7onnage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tale la p\u00e2te finement avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Retire le papier cuisson. Badigeonne-la avec du beurre et de l&#8217;huile, puis pars\u00e8me de farine de ma\u00efs. Rabat la p\u00e2te avec le papier cuisson horizontalement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis l&#8217;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 par-dessus pour former un rectangle. Re-badigeonne-la de beurre et d&#8217;huile, et pars\u00e8me \u00e0 nouveau de farine de ma\u00efs. Rabat la p\u00e2te verticalement d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis referme finalement le carr\u00e9 en rabattant la partie qui reste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que tu as form\u00e9 le carr\u00e9, remets le papier cuisson par-dessus la p\u00e2te. Ensuite, \u00e9tale-la jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisseur d&#8217;environ 3 centim\u00e8tres. Assure-toi que la p\u00e2te ne soit ni trop fine ni trop \u00e9paisse. La p\u00e2te peut s&#8217;\u00e9taler rapidement lors de l&#8217;\u00e9talage, essaye autant que possible de maintenir la forme d&#8217;un carr\u00e9. Utilise une spatule pour remodeler les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et obtenir un r\u00e9sultat carr\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tape est importante pour assurer une cuisson uniforme et un aspect final soign\u00e9 \u00e0 ta pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex Une fois qu&#8217;elle est bien chaude mais pas fumante, dispose ta premi\u00e8re cr\u00eape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pour la transf\u00e9rer, garde-la dans le papier cuisson, puis place la partie non couverte sur la po\u00eale bien chaude et retire tout de suite le papier cuisson. Laisse cuire un premier c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que de petites bulles apparaissent, puis retourne la cr\u00eape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Laisse-la cuire des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s en veillant \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es. Retire le papier et badigeonnez la p\u00e2te avec un m\u00e9lange d\u2019huile et de beurre, saupoudre de semoule de ma\u00efs et de levure chimique.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1979-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Rplace une boule de p\u00e2te bien huil\u00e9e entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson pour faciliter le fa\u00e7onnage.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1979-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">\u00c9tale la p\u00e2te finement avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Retire le papier cuisson. Badigeonne-la avec du beurre et de l&#39;huile, puis pars\u00e8me de farine de ma\u00efs. Rabat la p\u00e2te avec le papier cuisson horizontalement jusqu&#39;\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 d&#39;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis l&#39;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 par-dessus pour former un rectangle. Re-badigeonne-la de beurre et d&#39;huile, et pars\u00e8me \u00e0 nouveau de farine de ma\u00efs. Rabat la p\u00e2te verticalement d&#39;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis referme finalement le carr\u00e9 en rabattant la partie qui reste.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1979-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Une fois que tu as form\u00e9 le carr\u00e9, remets le papier cuisson par-dessus la p\u00e2te. Ensuite, \u00e9tale-la jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisseur d'environ 3 centim\u00e8tres. Assure-toi que la p\u00e2te ne soit ni trop fine ni trop \u00e9paisse.
