J&#8217;avais une id\u00e9e en t\u00eate, mais je ne savais pas comment l&#8217;ex\u00e9cuter ni comment obtenir le r\u00e9sultat escompt\u00e9. Alors, je me suis lanc\u00e9e sans savoir o\u00f9 cela me m\u00e8nerait. Le r\u00e9sultat ? Cette version au ma\u00efs est \u00e0 la fois croustillante et moelleuse, d&#8217;o\u00f9 son nom de mi-pain, mi-Harcha. Bien que cela puisse rappeler la Harcha traditionnelle, ce n&#8217;est pas tout \u00e0 fait la m\u00eame chose, car cette recette est beaucoup plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et ne n\u00e9cessite pas de beurre comme la version classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On pourrait dire que cette recette est n\u00e9e un peu par accident. La p\u00e2te \u00e9tait un peu plus liquide que pr\u00e9vu, mais c&#8217;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette petite erreur qui a apport\u00e9 cette texture moelleuse \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur qui la rend si d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quels_sont_les_ingredients_pour_faire_Cette_Galette_sans_Gluten_au_Mais\"><\/span>Quels sont les ingr\u00e9dients pour faire Cette Galette sans Gluten au Ma\u00efs? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure s\u00e8che<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre (vous pouvez utiliser le sucre de datte ou de votre choix)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml de lait ti\u00e8de (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 un lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal coco-riz, mais tout lait fonctionne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de farine de millet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de farine sans gluten (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 un m\u00e9lange de 1\/3 (67g) de farine de millet, 1\/3 (67g) de farine de ma\u00efs et 1\/3 (67g) d&#8217;arrow-root) <br><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>NB: <\/strong>la farine de millet peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par de la farine de riz, et l&#8217;arrow-root peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs ou de pomme de terre)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de semoule de ma\u00efs ou de polenta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure s\u00e8che et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre. Ajoutez 100 ml de lait ti\u00e8de et 50 g de farine de millet. Couvrez et laissez reposer pendant 15 minutes. M\u00e9langez ces ingr\u00e9dients, puis ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de levure pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Fermez le robot et laissez-le p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te. Au d\u00e9but, vous obtiendrez un m\u00e9lange sableux. Versez petit \u00e0 petit 120 ml d&#8217;eau tout en laissant le robot travailler. La p\u00e2te deviendra progressivement collante. P\u00e9trissez de cette mani\u00e8re pendant 5 minutes au total. Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, nous allons l&#8217;aplatir et lui donner une forme ronde sur la plaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NB: il est crucial de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;envie d&#8217;ajouter de la farine ou de la polenta pour ramasser la p\u00e2te. D\u00e9posez d\u00e9licatement le pain Harcha dans la po\u00eale.
