Aujourd&#8217;hui, je te propose une recette un peu diff\u00e9rente : un gratin de pommes de terre au citron, aneth et lait de coco. C&#8217;est un plat qui allie simplicit\u00e9 et originalit\u00e9, parfait pour r\u00e9chauffer le c\u0153ur tout en offrant une explosion de saveurs. Les pommes de terre rencontrent la fra\u00eecheur du citron et de l&#8217;aneth, adoucies par la douceur velout\u00e9e du lait de coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour accompagner ce gratin, j&#8217;ai choisi des blancs de poulet juteux et des brocolis bien tendres. Il suffit d&#8217;avoir toujours une source de prot\u00e9ines, un l\u00e9gume de saison et une d\u00e9licieuse sauce pour compl\u00e9ter le tout. Dans ce cas, j&#8217;ai choisi du blanc de poulet et des broccolinis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n&#8217;ai pas apport\u00e9 beaucoup de modifications aux autres ingr\u00e9dients.
