Compos\u00e9e de couches de feuilles de brick croustillantes, entrelac\u00e9es avec une cr\u00e8me parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger et d&#8217;\u00e9clats d&#8217;amandes grill\u00e9es, elle est un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9lice pour les papilles. Traditionnellement, les feuilles de brick sont frites avant l&#8217;assemblage, mais il y a une alternative qui consiste \u00e0 les beurrer et \u00e0 les cuire au four. Les bonbons ainsi obtenus sont garnis d&#8217;amandes offrant diff\u00e9rentes textures, et servis sur un lit de cr\u00e8me parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 la fleur d&#8217;oranger. Tu peux \u00e9galement utiliser de l&#8217;huile ou du beurre clarifi\u00e9, appel\u00e9 Ghee, pour cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lait : <\/strong>Le lait est utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me de la sauce. J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 un lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal \u00e0 base de riz et de coco pour ma recette, mais tu peux utiliser le lait de ton choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs : <\/strong>Elle sert \u00e0 \u00e9paissir la cr\u00e8me et lui donner une consistance onctueuse.
