La marinade est juste une bonne Chermoula avec de la coriandre, de la harissa, du <a href=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/en\/la-recette-des-citrons-confits-fait-maisons\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/la-recette-des-citrons-confits-fait-maisons\">citron confit <\/a><\/strong>et des \u00e9pices, un vrai d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Feta au four est super facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, tu peux la monter en 5 minutes<\/strong>, m\u00eame avant l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de tes invit\u00e9s. C&#8217;est tout simple \u00e0 servir chaud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Feta est parfaite pour la cuisson au four.<\/strong> Avec sa teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en humidit\u00e9, elle reste bien en forme et ne fond pas comme la mozzarella. C&#8217;est seulement quand tu y passes un morceau de pain ou un couteau que tu d\u00e9couvres comme elle devient cr\u00e9meuse et facile \u00e0 tartiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le bloc de Feta r\u00f4tie entour\u00e9 des olives marin\u00e9es \u00e0 la marocaine se marient tellement bien.<\/strong> Ce sont deux de mes ingr\u00e9dients d&#8217;ap\u00e9ro pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s car ils ont tellement de saveur. Une fois cuite au four, elle devient encore plus savoureuse, mais reste fondante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olives<\/strong> : Prends des olives vertes et kalamata, avec ou sans noyau, selon tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Elles apportent une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de saveurs \u00e0 la recette, sucr\u00e9es et sal\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/en\/la-recette-des-citrons-confits-fait-maisons\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/la-recette-des-citrons-confits-fait-maisons\">Citron confit<\/a><\/strong> : Pour la charmoula, le citron confit donne un go\u00fbt frais et complexe. C&#8217;est facile \u00e0 faire \u00e0 la maison et \u00e7a ajoute une touche sp\u00e9ciale, ma recette est juste <a href=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/en\/la-recette-des-citrons-confits-fait-maisons\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/la-recette-des-citrons-confits-fait-maisons\"><strong>ici<\/strong><\/a> si \u00e7a t&#8217;int\u00e9resse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coriandre<\/strong> : Utilise-la pour la charmoula, \u00e7a donne une saveur fra\u00eeche et citronn\u00e9e. Ajoute les \u00e9pices, la harissa et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, puis m\u00e9lange bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispose la feta et les olives dans un plat allant au four. Verse un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, du miel, du poivre et ajoute quelques brins de thym. Place la feta au centre et les olives autour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fais cuire la feta au four pendant 15 \u00e0 18 minutes. Pour faire dorer le dessus, pr\u00e9chauffe le gril \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Surveille attentivement pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elle ne brunisse trop.
