La partie la plus importante de la recette qui garde ces tortillas souples et mall\u00e9ables est le psyllium. C&#8217;est un liant indispensable utilis\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment dans la p\u00e2tisserie sans gluten, et il est particuli\u00e8rement crucial en ce qui concerne le pain sans gluten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&#8217;olive : <\/strong>L&#8217;ajout d&#8217;huile est un autre facteur qui aide \u00e0 garder ces tortillas sans gluten souples, aussi bien le jour de leur pr\u00e9paration que le lendemain.
