Mais, c&#8217;est quoi un g\u00e2teau Russe? Le g\u00e2teau russe, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de &#8220;dacquoise&#8221;, est un dessert fran\u00e7ais compos\u00e9 principalement de poudre d&#8217;amande. Ce g\u00e2teau tire son nom de l&#8217;\u00e9poque o\u00f9 les amandes \u00e9taient import\u00e9es de Russie. J&#8217;en ai fait une d\u00e9clinaison \u00e0 la Pistache, et ce qui rend ce g\u00e2teau naturellement sans gluten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai choisi de remplacer la poudre d&#8217;amande par de la poudre de pistache, apportant une saveur unique et une couleur verte vibrante \u00e0 ce dessert. De plus, l&#8217;ajout de framboises fra\u00eeches donne une note acidul\u00e9e qui contraste parfaitement avec la douceur de la pistache.
