salade Fattouch est essentiellement une salade m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne de pain frit, comprenant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de la laitue, des tomates, des concombres, des radis et des morceaux de pain pita frits. On y trouve \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des poivrons, des oignons verts et du persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En arabe, le mot &#8220;Fattouch&#8221; d\u00e9rive de &#8220;fatteh&#8221;, qui signifie litt\u00e9ralement &#8220;miettes&#8221;. Comme son nom l&#8217;indique, cette salade Fattouch est essentiellement un m\u00e9lange de miettes de pain pita assaisonn\u00e9es puis frites (ou cuites au four), associ\u00e9es \u00e0 d&#8217;autres l\u00e9gumes de saison.
