La Ciabatta sans gluten est le pain parfait pour cr\u00e9er des sandwichs de r\u00eave. Laissez ce m\u00e9lange reposer pendant environ 15 minutes. Pendant ce temps, dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez la farine sans gluten, la farine de millet ou de riz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenant, versez le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;eau dans la farines. Pour p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te, vous pouvez utiliser un batteur \u00e9lectrique, (m\u00e9thode simple, lorsque vous travaillez avec une petite quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te. (Pas de robot de cuisine pas de probl\u00e8me \ud83d\ude0c). Une fois une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne obtenue, ajouter le sel remixer un coup, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter. P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te environ 10 minutes au total.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez une petite plaque de cuisson en la couvrant de papier cuisson et en la badigeonnant d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne colle. Transf\u00e9rez d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te, qui peut \u00eatre collante, sur la plaque \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une Maryse. Ensuite, badigeonnez la p\u00e2te d&#8217;un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et utilisez la Maryse pour fa\u00e7onner la p\u00e2te en lui donnant la forme de ciabatta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrez la p\u00e2te avec un film alimentaire et laisser pousser environ 1h \u00e0 1h30 ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait doubl\u00e9 de volume. Une fois le four chauff\u00e9, glisser le papier cuisson sur la pierre et cuire pendant 3 minutes. Apr\u00e8s 3 minutes, aspergez les parois du four toutes les 3 minutes 3 fois ( 9 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le pain bien gonfl\u00e9 et dor\u00e9, retirez la pierre et placez la grille au milieu du four. Ensuite, badigeonnez la p\u00e2te d'un peu d'huile d'olive et utilisez la Maryse pour fa\u00e7onner la p\u00e2te en lui donnant la forme de ciabatta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1774-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Couvrez la p\u00e2te avec un film alimentaire et laisser pousser environ 1h \u00e0 1h30 ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait doubl\u00e9 de volume.
