Cela peut sembler beaucoup, mais c&#8217;est n\u00e9cessaire ! Les aubergines r\u00e9duisent \u00e0 la cuisson, et nous avons besoin d&#8217;une quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour couvrir 2 couches de plaque \u00e0 four ou 3 couches dans un plat \u00e0 gratin de taille normale. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&#8217;olive<\/strong> : Utilis\u00e9e pour badigeonner les tranches avant de les mettre au four. L&#8217;ail, l&#8217;oignon et la tomate vont de pair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Miel ou sucre: <\/strong>Juste une touche, pour faire ressortir la douceur naturelle de la tomate et \u00e9quilibrer l\u2019acidit\u00e9. Tu peux bien \u00e9videmment utiliser un plat normal et faire 3 couches d&#8217;aubergines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Garnis, la plaque de cuisson, d&#8217;une couche d&#8217;aubergine, en utilisant 1\/2 de l&#8217;aubergine ou 1\/3 en fonction de ce que tu auras choisi en mati\u00e8re de couches;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tartiner les aubergines avec 1\/2 ou 1\/3 de la sauce tomate&nbsp;Marinara; arroser d&#8217;un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive,  parsemer avec des feuilles de basilic, saupoudrer avec du parmesan, de la Mozarella <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9te la superposition une ou deux fois de plus pour un total de deux ou trois couches d&#8217;aubergines. Tout comme les pignons de pin, ils ont une saveur tr\u00e8s douce et sucr\u00e9e avec un peu plus de texture. \u00c7a marche !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Des pignons de pin: <\/strong>De nombreuses recettes de pesto n\u00e9cessitent des pignons de pin, j&#8217;en ai mis 30g pour garder un peu la saveur du Pesto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage parmesan: <\/strong>Je recommande toujours d\u2019obtenir le parmesan de la plus haute qualit\u00e9 que tu puisses trouver&nbsp;! Pour cela j'utilise un plaque de cuisson large. Tu peux bien \u00e9videmment utiliser un plat normal et faire 3 couches d'aubergines.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2919-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Garnis, la plaque de cuisson, d'une couche d'aubergine, en utilisant 1\/2 de l'aubergine ou 1\/3 en fonction de ce que tu auras choisi en mati\u00e8re de couches;<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2919-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Tartiner les aubergines avec 1\/2 ou 1\/3 de la sauce tomate\u00a0Marinara; arroser d'un peu d'huile d'olive,  parsemer avec des feuilles de basilic, saupoudrer avec du parmesan, de la Mozarella<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2919-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">R\u00e9p\u00e9te la superposition une ou deux fois de plus pour un total de deux ou trois couches d'aubergines. Arrose lentement d\u2019huile d\u2019olive en pulsant.
