M\u00e9langer le psyllium et l&#8217;eau chaude pour former un gel, puis r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer la farine sans gluten et le sel. Verser le gel de psyllium et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois puis p\u00e9trir pendant 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 avoir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Diviser la p\u00e2te en 6 portions et les fa\u00e7onner en boules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Abaisser chaque boule de p\u00e2te en une tortilla en utilisant un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Fleurer le plan de travailler avec de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne colle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Cuire les tortillas dans une po\u00eale chaude jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles d\u00e9veloppent des bulles et des taches brunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Les conserver envelopp\u00e9es pour les garder moelleuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conservation: Les tortillas sans gluten sont meilleures lorsqu&#8217;elles sont consomm\u00e9es imm\u00e9diatement, mais peuvent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9es pendant 2 \u00e0 3 jours dans un sac herm\u00e9tique. Versez un peu d\u2019huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale chaude et ajoutez les \u0153ufs. \u00c7a prend litt\u00e9ralement 2 minutes \u00e0 cuire.<br>2- Dans une po\u00eale chaude, ajoutez de l\u2019huile d&#8217;olive, la viande hach\u00e9e, du sel, du poivre, les \u00e9pices cajun et l&#8217;ail, et faites cuire.<br>3- Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs, la viande hach\u00e9e, les haricots, les \u00e9pinards, les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et la levure nutritionnelle ou le fromage.<br>4- D\u00e9posez la garniture sur la tortilla, repliez les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et commencez \u00e0 rouler.<br>5- Utilisez du papier parchemin pour enrouler le burrito de mani\u00e8re bien serr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conservation :<\/strong> Conservez au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tu sois pr\u00eat \u00e0 les r\u00e9chauffer. Pour r\u00e9chauffer, place le burrito au micro-ondes pendant 2 minutes, puis mets-le dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen ou, si tu veux acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer, dans un grille-pain.
