Son succ\u00e8s repose sur une recette simple mais savoureuse : de la laitue romaine croquante et des cro\u00fbtons \u00e0 l&#8217;ail, le tout enrob\u00e9 d&#8217;une vinaigrette cr\u00e9meuse \u00e0 base d&#8217;\u0153ufs, d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, de citron, de parmesan, de c\u00e2pres, de sauce Worcestershire et d&#8217;anchois. Tout y est : la croquant, la saveur, la fra\u00eecheur, et surtout, la vraie sauce C\u00e9sar maison. Ce sandwich est une explosion de saveurs \u00e0 chaque bouch\u00e9e, avec du pain grill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;ail, beurre et parmesan, et du poulet pan\u00e9 aux herbes et parmesan \u00e0 tomber par terre. C&#8217;est l&#8217;un des ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9c\u00e9ssaire de la sauce C\u00e9sar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce Worcestershire<\/strong> : Pour un go\u00fbt umami suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel et poivre<\/strong> : Pour assaisonner \u00e0 ta guise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27fc Pour cette \u00e9tape, tu peux utiliser un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4aSjBJT\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4aSjBJT\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mixeur plongeant <\/a><\/strong>ou le faire \u00e0 la main. Commence par \u00e9mincer finement une gousse d&#8217;ail avec 5 anchois et les c\u00e2pres pour obtenir une p\u00e2te. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses feuilles robustes, elle peut parfaitement accueillir une vinaigrette riche et cr\u00e9meuse sans devenir flasque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, il est important de noter que les feuilles de laitue romaine peuvent parfois cacher de petits grains de sable ou de la salet\u00e9 dans leurs replis. M\u00eame si tu utilises des t\u00eates de laitue pr\u00e9-lav\u00e9es, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les rincer soigneusement \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide avant de les servir.
