Si tu n\u2019en as jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9, mais que tu aimes le chorizo, tu vas adorer les merguez. Elles offrent une profondeur de saveur remarquable, rehauss\u00e9e par des \u00e9pices nord-africaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, les sandwiches aux merguez sont incontournables lors des barbecues, apportant une touche raffin\u00e9e \u00e0 tout pique-nique. Pour une saucisse bien juteuse, il vous faut au moins 30% de graisse. Mais il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de faire des saucisses moins grasses. Sinon, si tu veux raiment le faire toi-m\u00eame, munis toi d&#8217;un hachoir \u00e0 viande qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 au cong\u00e9lateur pendant au moins 30 minutes avant utilisation. Ensuite, broies la viande dans un bol plac\u00e9 dans de l&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e. Ensuite, place-le sur l&#8217;embout de l&#8217;entonnoir et \u00e9tire-le compl\u00e8tement. En embossant la saucisse, fais des sections d&#8217;environ dix centim\u00e8tres, en pin\u00e7ant le boyau \u00e0 la longueur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e (adapte la longueur aux dimensions que tu aimerais et tourne le boyau).
