Chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment de cette salade de p\u00e2tes est un r\u00eave de textures et de saveurs \u2013 avec le ma\u00efs grill\u00e9 sucr\u00e9, les nectarines caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es et les tomates confites, sans oublier la vinaigrette parfaite gr\u00e2ce au citron carbonis\u00e9e, harissa et miel, et une tonne d&#8217;herbes pour donner \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble une sensation lumineuse et estivale. En plus, c\u2019est super facile \u00e0 faire. Puis hache la coriandre et la menthe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00f4tir et confire:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Fais confire le reste des tomates cerises pendant 15 minutes dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec du sel et du poivre.<br>&#8211; Fais r\u00f4tir les \u00e9pis de ma\u00efs et le citron coup\u00e9 en deux dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement carbonis\u00e9s.<br>&#8211; Fais r\u00f4tir les nectarines dans de l\u2019huile et du miel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la vinaigrette: <\/strong>M\u00e9lange ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette : le jus du citron carbonis\u00e9, huile d&#8217;olive, miel, harissa, moutarde, sel et poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer:<\/strong> M\u00e9lange le tout dans un grand saladier !
