D\u00e8s que tu t&#8217;approches, tu es accueilli par une forte odeur de beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/en\/comment-faire-du-ghee-beurre-clarifie-maison\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/comment-faire-du-ghee-beurre-clarifie-maison\">ghee indien<\/a>,<\/strong> le smen a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour conserver un gras de cuisson savoureux pendant longtemps. Il y a des pots vraiment anciens ici, et \u00e9tonnamment, leur ar\u00f4me et leur saveur ne sont pas aussi rebutants que ceux des versions plus r\u00e9centes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa saveur intense, une petite quantit\u00e9 suffit largement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Smen vieux de quelques ann\u00e9es a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 celui du fromage bleu piquant. Mais le smen plus \u00e2g\u00e9 (six ans ou plus) \u00e9tait, \u00e9tonnamment, beaucoup plus doux, avec une moins forte odeur. Filtre ce \u00ab th\u00e9 d&#8217;origan \u00bb \u00e0 travers un tamis et laisse refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol, ajoute le sel au beurre et m\u00e9lange bien jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit compl\u00e8tement incorpor\u00e9. Verse le th\u00e9 d&#8217;origan directement sur le beurre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9lange soigneusement le th\u00e9 avec le beurre, puis travaille bien le beurre avec tes mains. Laisse reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante en couvrant le bol. Le lendemain, \u00e9ponge le m\u00e9lange avec des serviettes en papier pour absorber l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 ou laisse-le \u00e9goutter \u00e0 travers un tamis pour enlever l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;infusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transf\u00e8re le m\u00e9lange dans un bocal \u00e0 large ouverture ou un pot en terre cuite. Scelle et conserve \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange d\u00e9veloppe un ar\u00f4me piquant, semblable \u00e0 celui du Gorgonzola ou Parmesan pendant au moins un \u00e0 deux mois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois ouvert, conserve le bocal au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quelle_est_la_difference_entre_le_Smen_Marocain_le_Ghee\"><\/span>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre le Smen Marocain &amp;
