Pourtant, \u00e7a fonctionne \u00e0 merveille ! Le r\u00e9sultat est bluffant, surtout quand on les marie \u00e0 des \u00e9pices comme le sumac. Les prunes donnent \u00e0 la viande une saveur fruit\u00e9e et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement collante, tandis que le sumac, le zeste et le jus de citron apportent juste ce qu&#8217;il faut d&#8217;acidit\u00e9 pour \u00e9quilibrer la douceur des fruits. J&#8217;ai aussi ajout\u00e9 des graines de grenade, qui ajoutent une explosion de fra\u00eecheur et de texture croquante.
