Elles se d\u00e9gustent seules comme en-cas ou dans une baguette avec de la harissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement, ces galettes sont frites, ce qui les rend croustillantes \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur et moelleuses \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. Bien que la friture ne soit pas une pratique courante pour moi, je vous encourage \u00e0 essayer cette m\u00e9thode pour un r\u00e9sultat optimal. Vous pouvez aussi les pr\u00e9parer dans un air-fryer ou les cuire au four pour une version plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une touche originale, j\u2019ai revisit\u00e9 la recette en ajoutant des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, des olives, ainsi que du Khlii farci \u00e0 la mozzarella, et en les enrobant de graines de s\u00e9same et de polenta (semoule de ma\u00efs) pour une version d\u00e9licieuse galette de pommes de terre, frite, traditionnelle au Maroc et dans d\u2019autres pays d&#8217;Afrique du Nord. \u00c9galement connue sous les noms de Maaqouda ou Makrouta, elle est populaire non seulement au Maroc mais aussi en Alg\u00e9rie et en Tunisie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la Maakouda, les pommes de terre \u00e9cras\u00e9es sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec de la farine et des herbes, puis form\u00e9es en boules et frites. Le r\u00e9sultat est une surface croustillante et dor\u00e9e avec un int\u00e9rieur de pommes de terre tendre, savoureux et d\u00e9licieux. Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Maakouda peut \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e comme entr\u00e9e, en-cas, accompagnement, ou plus commun\u00e9ment, en sandwich dans une baguette avec de la
