Cela permet d&#8217;\u00e9liminer l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;amidon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> Dans une casserole, ajoute le riz rinc\u00e9 et les <strong>200 ml<\/strong> d&#8217;eau. Porte \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen, puis r\u00e9duis le feu au minimum, couvre la casserole et laisse mijoter pendant environ 18 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;eau soit compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repos :<\/strong> \u00c9teins le feu et laisse le riz reposer, couvert, pendant 10 minutes. Cela permet au riz de continuer \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 la vapeur et de devenir parfaitement tendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le M\u00e9lange Vinaigr\u00e9 :<\/strong> Pendant que le riz repose, dans un petit bol, m\u00e9lange le <strong>1 c\u00e0c<\/strong> de sel, le <strong>1 c\u00e0s<\/strong> de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable et les <strong>2 c\u00e0s<\/strong> de vinaigre de riz. Remue jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le sel soit dissous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assaisonner le Riz :<\/strong> Une fois le riz cuit et repos\u00e9, transf\u00e8re-le dans un grand bol. Verse le m\u00e9lange vinaigr\u00e9 sur le riz chaud et m\u00e9lange d\u00e9licatement avec une spatule en bois ou une cuill\u00e8re en plastique pour \u00e9viter de casser les grains. Assure-toi que le riz est bien assaisonn\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refroidir :<\/strong> Laisse le riz refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante avant de l&#8217;utiliser pour pr\u00e9parer tes rouleaux de sushi. Si tu as le temps, tu peux \u00e9venter le riz avec une feuille de papier pour le refroidir plus rapidement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mariner_le_thon\"><\/span><strong>Mariner le thon<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> coupe  le b\u00e2ton de citronnelle et \u00e9crase le pour lib\u00e9rer les ar\u00f4mes, Zeste le citron, Hache finement la gousse d&#8217;ail, Coupe la c\u00e9bette en fines rondelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer la Marinade :<\/strong> Dans un bol, combine le miso, la sauce soja, le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, le vinaigre de riz et l&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same. Remue bien jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le miso soit compl\u00e8tement dissous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajouter les Ar\u00f4mes :<\/strong> Ajoute la citronnelle, le zeste de citron, l&#8217;ail hach\u00e9, les graines de s\u00e9same, les feuilles de coriandre et la c\u00e9bette dans le bol. M\u00e9lange bien pour incorporer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le Thon :<\/strong> Coupe le steak de thon en fines tranches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mariner le Thon :<\/strong> Place les tranches de thon dans la marinade. Assure-toi que chaque tranche est bien enrob\u00e9e. Laisse mariner au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ 30 minutes pour que les saveurs se m\u00e9langent bien.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mayonnaise_Sriracha_Sesame_Tahini\"><\/span><strong>Mayonnaise Sriracha S\u00e9same Tahini<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> Assure-toi que tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour obtenir une texture homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer les Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> Dans un r\u00e9cipient profond adapt\u00e9 au mixeur plongeant, ajoute l&#8217;\u0153uf, la moutarde, le riz vinaigr\u00e9, le tahini, et la Sriracha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incorporer les Huiles :<\/strong> Verse l&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans le r\u00e9cipient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mixer :<\/strong> Utilise le mixeur plongeant pour m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 basse vitesse. Commence par immerger le mixeur au fond du r\u00e9cipient et mixe jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir. Ensuite, remonte lentement en continuant \u00e0 mixer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assaisonner :<\/strong> Ajoute de la ciboulette hach\u00e9e, de l&#8217;ail en poudre, du paprika, sel &amp; poivre et un peu de jus de citron selon ton go\u00fbt. Mixe \u00e0 nouveau bri\u00e8vement pour bien incorporer les assaisonnements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Go\u00fbter et Ajuster :<\/strong> Go\u00fbte la sauce et ajuste l\u2019assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire. Tu peux ajouter plus de Sriracha si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res un go\u00fbt plus \u00e9pic\u00e9, ou plus de jus de citron pour une touche d&#8217;acidit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer :<\/strong> Transf\u00e8re la sauce dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique et laisse-la reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 30 minutes avant de servir pour permettre aux saveurs de se d\u00e9velopper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Former_les_Sandwich_de_Sushi_en_Feuille_de_Riz\"><\/span><strong>Former les Sandwich de Sushi en Feuille de Riz<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> Tranche finement les avocats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9couper les Feuilles de Nori :<\/strong> D\u00e9coupe chaque feuille de nori en 4 morceaux carr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assembler les Rouleaux de Sushi :<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commence par tremper une feuille de riz de 25 cm dans de l&#8217;eau pour la ramollir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place un morceau de nori sur la feuille de riz ramollie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tale une couche de riz \u00e0 sushi sur le nori, puis ajoute une portion de thon, des tranches d&#8217;avocat, et un peu de mayonnaise Sriracha s\u00e9same tahini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place un autre morceau de nori par-dessus. Replie les bords de la feuille de riz pour envelopper le tout et scelle le rouleau. R\u00e9p\u00e8te l&#8217;\u00e9tape avec une autre feuille de riz pour bien fermer le rouleau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enrober de Graines (Optionnel) :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9tale les graines de s\u00e9same et de lin sur une assiette.
