Ne te laisse pas tromper par son allure sophistiqu\u00e9e, car elle est \u00e9tonnamment facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e est en fait compos\u00e9e de feuilles de bricks superpos\u00e9es, badigeonn\u00e9es d&#8217;huile d&#8217;argan et saupoudr\u00e9es de cassonade et de cannelle \u00e0 chaque couche, ce qui donne un feuillet\u00e9 hyper croustillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tout est garni d&#8217;une chantilly \u00e0 la fleur d&#8217;oranger et d&#8217;Amlou, une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner berb\u00e8re \u00e0 base d&#8217;amandes, de miel et d&#8217;huile d&#8217;argan. Pour ajouter une touche fruit\u00e9e et de saison, j&#8217;ai \u00e9galement inclus des poires poch\u00e9es aux \u00e9pices, d\u00e9licieusement parfum\u00e9es.
