Dans sa version traditionnelle, le riz est pil\u00e9 avec de l&#8217;eau pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse, souvent enrob\u00e9e de farine de soja grill\u00e9e ou fourr\u00e9e de p\u00e2te de haricots rouges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, je te propose une version de mochi avec une garniture \u00e0 la ganache au matcha fondante et gourmande: un pur d\u00e9lice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de piler le riz gluant comme le font les artisans japonais, ce qui peut \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser chez soi, nous utilisons de la farine de riz gluant pour obtenir cette texture moelleuse. granul\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 g de poudre de matcha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>240 ml de lait<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la ganache au th\u00e9 Matcha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>220 g de chocolat blanc, grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de poudre de matcha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Huile pour manipuler le Mochi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matcha pour saupoudrer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comment_realiser_les_Mochi_au_The_Matcha\"><\/span><strong>Comment r\u00e9aliser les Mochi au Th\u00e9 Matcha<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la ganache :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combine le chocolat et la cr\u00e8me dans un bol r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur et fais chauffer au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit fondu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamise la poudre de matcha et m\u00e9lange jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien combin\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorpore le lait et m\u00e9lange jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une texture compl\u00e8tement lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvre avec un film plastique et place au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour refroidir pendant 1 \u00e0 2 heures ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la ganache soit compl\u00e8tement ferme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place les boules sur le plateau recouvert de papier et r\u00e9frig\u00e8re pendant 30 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient fermes.<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te de mochi :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un bol allant au micro-ondes, m\u00e9lange le farine de riz gluant, le sucre et la poudre de matcha jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien combin\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoute progressivement de l&#8217;eau au m\u00e9lange sec, en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvre le bol avec du film plastique ou un couvercle r\u00e9sistant au micro-ondes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fais chauffer le m\u00e9lange au micro-ondes \u00e0 puissance maximale pendant 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retire soigneusement le bol du micro-ondes et remue le m\u00e9lange de mani\u00e8re approfondie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remets le bol au micro-ondes et fais chauffer pendant 1 minute suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remue \u00e0 nouveau.
