Ce m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u00e9pices du Levant, avec ses ar\u00f4mes herbac\u00e9s et sa touche acidul\u00e9e apport\u00e9e par le sumac, est id\u00e9al pour apporter une saveur unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis dit : pourquoi ne pas faire des &#8220;Cinammon Rolls&#8221; en version sal\u00e9e, avec une garniture de Z\u00e2atar &amp; Mozzarella fondante et un Labn\u00e9 maison au citron ultra-facile, le tout dans une brioche ultra moelleuse, ces roul\u00e9s au zaatar deviennent de vraies petites merveilles gourmandes ! Une fois que tu auras go\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 ces bouch\u00e9es moelleuses et parfum\u00e9es, je suis s\u00fbre que tu voudras les refaire souvent ! C\u2019est une alternative plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re que les autres fromages frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer du labn\u00e9, il suffit de m\u00e9langer un peu de sel dans du yaourt nature entier (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence grec) et de le laisser s&#8217;\u00e9goutter dans une \u00e9tamine au-dessus d&#8217;un bol. Apr\u00e8s 12 \u00e0 24 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, le labn\u00e9 devient cr\u00e9meux, id\u00e9al pour un dip. Mesure et marque le rouleau tous les 5 cm, puis coupe-le en 12 morceaux. Utilise un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9 ou du fil dentaire pour couper les rouleaux de Z\u00e2atar.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapisse une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Espace les rouleaux de Z\u00e2atar sur la plaque, puis appuie fermement sur chacun d\u2019eux pour qu\u2019ils soient r\u00e9duits de moiti\u00e9 en hauteur.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvre les rouleaux avec du film plastique et laisse-les lever \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 1 heure.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positionne une grille au centre du four et pr\u00e9chauffe-le \u00e0 200\u00b0C.
