Bien que chaque famille ait sa propre version, la combinaison classique reste un d\u00e9lice incontournable\u202f: du riz safran\u00e9, des morceaux de poulet tendre, des \u00e9pines-vinettes et des pistaches pour une explosion de saveurs et de textures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai revisit\u00e9 cette tradition avec une touche originale, en ajoutant des dattes et des noix de p\u00e9can. signifie poulet en persan. Cette recette est la version qui vient de la ville de Tabriz, elle diff\u00e8re des autres variantes o\u00f9 toutes les couches de riz sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec du yaourt et du safran. Ici, seule la couche inf\u00e9rieure, appel\u00e9e TahDig, est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec du yaourt et du safran. Pendant que la couche de TahDig devient dor\u00e9e et croustillante le reste du riz cuit \u00e0 la vapeur garde une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8re et moelleuse.<br><br>Les iraniens adorent leur TahDig, et la majorit\u00e9 s&#8217;accorde \u00e0 dire que c&#8217;est la partie la plus d\u00e9licieuse d&#8217;un plat de riz. Le TahDig, qui signifie &#8220;le fond du pot,&#8221; est ici la couche croustillante qui se forme au fond du grand plat de cuisson. Si tu fais partie de ceux qui ne peuvent jamais avoir assez de TahDig, tu vas adorer cette g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse couche dor\u00e9e qui accompagne chaque portion de ce grand classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_contient_le_Tahchin_Morgh\"><\/span>Que contient le Tahchin Morgh? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Tahchin est aussi appel\u00e9 g\u00e2teau de riz persan car il est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs couches, chacune apportant des saveurs et des textures uniques. Dans cette version un peu revisit\u00e9e, le Tahchin se d\u00e9compose en cinq couches : la premi\u00e8re est un m\u00e9lange de riz basmati cuit, yaourt, \u0153uf et safran, pour une base riche, dor\u00e9e et croustillante. La deuxi\u00e8me couche se compose d\u2019oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s. La troisi\u00e8me combine des dattes et des noix de p\u00e9can pour une touche sucr\u00e9e et croquante. Vient ensuite la quatri\u00e8me couche avec de tendres morceaux de poulet savoureux. Enfin, une derni\u00e8re couche de riz basmati nature vient sceller le tout..
