Mais cette fois-ci, j\u2019ai voulu les revisiter en apportant une touche d\u2019originalit\u00e9. J&#8217;ai imagin\u00e9 une brioche l\u00e9g\u00e8re et parfum\u00e9e au zeste d&#8217;orange, enrob\u00e9e d&#8217;un sucre croquant aux pistaches. Une recette simple, mais pleine de saveurs, qui vous rappellera le parfum chaud de la mer et du soleil. Si tu utilises de la levure s\u00e8che active, laisser reposer le m\u00e9lange pendant 15 minutes pour que la levure s&#8217;active. Si tu utilises de la levure instantan\u00e9e, passez simplement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape suivante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un robot culinaire \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;un crochet p\u00e9trisseur, ajouter les \u0153ufs, la poudre de vanille et le zest d&#8217;une orange au m\u00e9lange de lait et de levure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la farine et le sel. Verser les ingr\u00e9dients liquides dans la farine et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 basse \u00e0 moyenne vitesse pendant environ 5 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te forme une boule autour du crochet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le beurre en plusieurs morceaux, en laissant chaque morceau s&#8217;incorporer compl\u00e8tement avant d&#8217;ajouter le suivant. Une fois tout le beurre incorpor\u00e9, augmentez la vitesse du mixer \u00e0 moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 et m\u00e9langer pendant 10 minutes. La p\u00e2te finira par se former et se d\u00e9tacher des parois du bol et aura une texture lisse et soyeuse avec peu d&#8217;adh\u00e9rence. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois que la p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate, transf\u00e9rez-la dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement graiss\u00e9, couvrir et laisser lever toute la nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Sinon, vous pouvez laisser la p\u00e2te lever dans un endroit chaud pendant environ 1 heure 30 \u00e0 2 heures ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle double de volume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pour_la_friture_des_beignets\"><\/span><strong>Pour la friture des beignets :<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environ 30 minutes avant de rouler la p\u00e2te, remplir une po\u00eale ou une marmite \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais avec suffisamment d&#8217;huile neutre . Placer l&#8217;huile sur feu moyen et chauffez-la \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placer une grille m\u00e9tallique sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier absorbant. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te \u00e0 2cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide de d\u00e9coupoirs ronds de diff\u00e9rentes tailles ( Tu peux te sevir de bols de diff\u00e9rentes tailles) d\u00e9couper autant de beignets que possible et placez-les sur les carr\u00e9s de parchemin. Fa\u00e7onner les chutes de p\u00e2te en un disque, puis envelopper dans du film plastique et laisser reposer pendant au moins 15 minutes avant de re-rouler et d\u00e9couper d&#8217;autres beignets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrir les beignets et laisser lever pendant environ 30 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient presque \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, mais encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement frais au toucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer l&#8217;enrobage \u00e0 la pistache et au sucre. A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un mixeur \u00e0 caf\u00e9 ou \u00e0 \u00e9pices, broyer les pistaches en poudre puis dans un assiette peu profonde, m\u00e9langer le sucre et la poudre de pistache. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois les beignets lev\u00e9s, plonger d\u00e9licatement 2-3 beignets dans l&#8217;huile chaude. Faire frire les beignets pendant 1 minute 30 d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis retourner et faire frire encore  1 minute 30 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer les beignets sur la grille m\u00e9tallique. Puis continuer \u00e0 frire les beignets jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois que les beignets sont suffisamment refroidis pour \u00eatre manipul\u00e9s, rouler dans le sucre \u00e0 la pistache pour les enrober.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposer les beignets du plus grand au plus petit et n\u2019h\u00e9siter pas \u00e0 les d\u00e9corer avec quelques fleurs pour un visuel
