Je voulais la recr\u00e9er, mais je ne me souvenais plus vraiment du go\u00fbt, alors j&#8217;ai mis ma touche personnelle. L&#8217;id\u00e9e reste la m\u00eame : des p\u00e2tes farcies \u00e0 la kefta parfum\u00e9e et aux oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, le tout napp\u00e9 d&#8217;une sauce tomate ultra riche en saveurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 quelques techniques que je vais partager avec vous. Bien s\u00fbr, tout est gratin\u00e9 pour un r\u00e9sultat encore plus savoureux. C\u2019est une technique qui prend un peu de temps, mais je vous encourage \u00e0 l\u2019essayer au moins une fois. Mais pas de panique ! Tu peux facilement opter pour des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 grosses coquilles qui se farcissent en un clin d&#8217;\u0153il, en 10 minutes maximum, ce qui te permet de pr\u00e9parer un grand plateau rapidement. Une excellente alternative pour gagner du temps sans sacrifier le go\u00fbt !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente, car le ratio p\u00e2te\/kefta sera modifi\u00e9, mais si tu soignes bien la sauce tomate et la farce, il n&#8217;y a aucune raison que le r\u00e9sultat soit moins d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques alternatives de p\u00e2tes farcies \u00e0 la kefta qui peuvent te permettre de varier les plaisirs tout en conservant le m\u00eame esprit de la recette :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00e2tes \u00e0 grosses coquilles (Conchiglioni)<\/strong><br>Ces p\u00e2tes volumineuses sont parfaites pour \u00eatre farcies rapidement. Elles se remplissent facilement et permettent une belle pr\u00e9sentation. En plus, leur forme offre beaucoup d\u2019espace pour la farce \u00e0 la kefta et la sauce tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cannellonis<\/strong><br>Les cannellonis sont id\u00e9ales pour les farces g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses. Leur grande taille permet de bien les remplir, et elles absorbent bien la sauce, ce qui rend le plat encore plus savoureux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tortiglioni ou Penne rigate<\/strong><br>Ces p\u00e2tes rigides et creuses sont parfaites pour contenir une farce, surtout si tu as des restes de sauce tomate \u00e0 incorporer. Pour cela, prends simplement un bout de p\u00e2te et utilise ton pouce pour pousser la farce \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du coude jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit compl\u00e8tement rempli. Couvre ensuite toutes les p\u00e2tes avec la sauce tomate pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, en t'assurant qu'elles soient bien recouvertes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5022-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Couvre le plat avec du papier aluminium pour \u00e9viter que le dessus ne br\u00fble avant que la cuisson soit compl\u00e8te.
