Des feuilles de filo croustillantes, parfum\u00e9es \u00e0 la cannelle et aux amandes, apportent une texture croquante, tandis qu&#8217;une cr\u00e8me de lait l\u00e9g\u00e8re, travaill\u00e9e comme une cr\u00e8me diplomate et d\u00e9licatement parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;eau de fleur d&#8217;oranger, apporte toute la douceur du dessert. Des brittles de s\u00e9same et d&#8217;anis vient ajouter du relief, et quelques touches<strong> <a connue sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0Jawhara\u00a0\u00bb (qui signifie Joyau), est un dessert embl\u00e9matique de la cuisine marocaine. Compos\u00e9e de couches de feuilles de brick croustillantes, entrelac\u00e9es avec une cr\u00e8me de lait parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019eau de fleur d\u2019oranger et d\u2019\u00e9clats d\u2019amandes frits, elle est un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9lice pour les papilles. Traditionnellement, les feuilles de brick sont frites avant l\u2019assemblage, mais il y a une alternative qui consiste \u00e0 les beurrer et \u00e0 les cuire au four. Cette derni\u00e8re m\u00e9thode, ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, est beaucoup plus simple tout en conservant toute la saveur authentique de ce dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette version, j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour la feuille de Filo \u00e0 la place de la feuille de brick pour un r\u00e9sultat encore plus l\u00e9ger et croustillant.
