Le cr\u00e9meux d\u2019un mac &amp; cheese, la profondeur d\u2019une soupe \u00e0 l\u2019oignon, le parfum d\u2019une sauce foresti\u00e8re et une touche de truffe pour sublimer le tout. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela une chapelure \u00e0 la persillade pour le croquant, et vous obtenez une assiette aussi gourmande que r\u00e9confortante. Les transf\u00e9rer dans une po\u00eale chaude \u00e0 feu moyen avec une noix de beurre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Remuer de temps en temps. Rajouter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un fond d\u2019eau pour d\u00e9glacer les sucs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser les oignons caram\u00e9liser pendant la pr\u00e9paration du reste des ingr\u00e9dients. Une fois bien dor\u00e9s, ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique et un tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre. M\u00e9langer pour obtenir une belle caram\u00e9lisation, puis r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce aux champignons<\/strong>: \u00c9mincer les \u00e9chalotes en petits d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire fondre du beurre dans une po\u00eale chaude, puis ajouter les \u00e9chalotes avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Les faire suer en remuant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacher les champignons et les ajouter \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et un tour de poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e2per les gousses d\u2019ail et les incorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Faire revenir quelques minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que des sucs se forment, puis d\u00e9glacer avec un peu de vin blanc sans alcool. Remuer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me, saler, poivrer, ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de muscade et quelques brins de thym frais. Couvrir et laisser \u00e9paissir la sauce \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la chapelure \u00e0 la persillade<\/strong>: D\u00e9chiqueter une demi-baguette et l\u2019arroser d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Enfourner 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, en surveillant pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elle ne br\u00fble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le pain grill\u00e9, le mixer avec une poign\u00e9e de persil frais, des flocons d\u2019\u00e9chalote, de l\u2019ail semoule, du sel, du poivre et un morceau de parmesan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre la chapelure au four 5 minutes pour la rendre bien croustillante, puis r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuire les p\u00e2tes<\/strong>: Faire cuire les p\u00e2tes dans une grande casserole d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Les retirer 3 minutes avant qu\u2019elles ne soient al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assembler le plat<\/strong>: Transf\u00e9rer les p\u00e2tes \u00e9goutt\u00e9es dans la po\u00eale contenant la sauce aux champignons. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la moiti\u00e9 du parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9, les oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s (en garder 1\/3 pour le dessus) et 3 louches d\u2019eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes pour lier le tout.
