aux zestes<\/strong><br>Faire fondre le beurre. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la cassonade et les zestes de citron jaune et vert. Travailler le m\u00e9lange avec les doigts pour lib\u00e9rer les huiles essentielles des zestes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te filo<\/strong><br>Couper les 6 feuilles de filo dans le sens de la largeur pour obtenir 12 feuilles.<br>Les garder sous un torchon propre pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles ne s\u00e8chent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monter les triangles de filo<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les feuilles filo :<\/strong><br>Prendre la premi\u00e8re feuille de filo, la badigeonner de beurre fondu, puis la saupoudrer du m\u00e9lange de cassonade et de zestes.<br>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette op\u00e9ration avec 3 autres feuilles de filo pour obtenir un lot de 4 couches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Couper les triangles :<\/strong><br>Couper chaque lot de 4 feuilles en 8 triangles de la m\u00eame taille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empiler les triangles :<\/strong><br>Empiler 2 triangles l\u2019un sur l\u2019autre pour obtenir 4 triangles avec 8 couches en tout.<br>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec les feuilles restantes (soit un total de 12 triangles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"345\" data-id=\"5326\" src=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/v4-460px-Divide-a-Square-Into-Eight-Equal-Parts-Step-3-Version-2.jpg-1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/v4-460px-Divide-a-Square-Into-Eight-Equal-Parts-Step-3-Version-2.jpg-1.webp 460w, https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/v4-460px-Divide-a-Square-Into-Eight-Equal-Parts-Step-3-Version-2.jpg-1-300x225.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuisson des triangles de filo<\/strong><br>Placer les triangles sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Les couvrir d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me papier sulfuris\u00e9, puis ajouter une plaque de cuisson de m\u00eame taille pour aplatir les triangles.<br>Mettre le tout au frais pendant 15 minutes pour que le beurre fige.<br>Une fois le beurre solidifi\u00e9, enfourner entre les plaques pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes.<br>Apr\u00e8s 10 minutes, retirer la plaque sup\u00e9rieure, faire pivoter la plaque inf\u00e9rieure de 180\u00b0, puis continuer la cuisson pendant encore 8 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les feuilles de filo soient dor\u00e9es, croustillantes et bien feuillet\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refroidir<\/strong><br>Sortir les triangles du four et les laisser refroidir sur une grille. Si elles ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement rigides, ne t\u2019inqui\u00e8te pas, elles durciront en refroidissant. Ne prolonger pas la cuisson si elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 dor\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles ne br\u00fblent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Preparation_du_Lemon_curd\"><\/span>Pr\u00e9paration du Lemon curd<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br>Dans une petite casserole, m\u00e9langer le zeste d&#8217;un citron avec le sucre. Travailler le m\u00e9lange avec les doigts pour lib\u00e9rer les huiles essentielles du zeste. Ajoute l\u2019\u0153uf, le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf. Fouetter le tout jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter le jus de citron et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuisson au bain-marie<\/strong><br>Placer le bol sur le bain-marie, et chauffer le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 feu doux. Fouetter constamment pendant environ 10 \u00e0 12 minutes sans s&#8217;arr\u00eater, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paississe et devienne cr\u00e9meuse. Il est important de ne pas laisser le m\u00e9lange bouillir pour \u00e9viter que les \u0153ufs ne coagulent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incorporer le beurre<\/strong><br>Hors du feu, ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit compl\u00e8tement fondu et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Cela rendra le lemon curd lisse et onctueux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laisser refroidir<\/strong><br>Laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, puis r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 2 heures.
