Vous pouvez la p\u00e9trir \u00e0 la main en \u00e9crasant la p\u00e2te avec vos doigts pour faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer le gel dans la farine ou en utilisant un robot de cuisine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.files.wordpress.com\/2023\/09\/tezza-3354.jpg?w=820\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajoutez le cumin et les graines et p\u00e9trissez-les dans la p\u00e2te jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient r\u00e9parties uniform\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9e, fa\u00e7onner la p\u00e2te en un boudin qui s&#8217;adapte confortablement dans un moule \u00e0 pain de mie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand plat, ajoutez le son d&#8217;avoine et enrobez l&#8217;ensemble du boudin de son d&#8217;avoine de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit tout couvert. Ensuite, transf\u00e9rer le dans le moule couvert d&#8217;un papier cuisson et appuyez doucement pour lisser le dessus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrez le pain de mie et laisser-le lever dans un endroit chaud pendant environ 1 heure ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il ait doubl\u00e9 de volume. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Astuce: pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la lev\u00e9e du pain, je le mets dans un four avec la lumi\u00e8re allum\u00e9e ou dans un micro-ondes avec un bol d&#8217;eau chaude. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant que le pain repose, ajustez la grille du four au milieu et placez le l\u00e8che-frite en dessous sur la grille inf\u00e9rieure. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 250C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le four bien chaud, placez le pain sur la grille. Verser de l&#8217;eau bouillante dans le l\u00e8che-frite. Vaporisez le pain 2-3 fois et fermez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire le pain 15 minutes \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s 15 minutes, retirez le l\u00e8che-frite avec de l&#8217;eau. Baissez la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 220C. Couvrez le pain avec un morceau de papier d&#8217;aluminium et continuer la cuisson 1 heure \u00e0 1h20. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sortir le pain du moule et transf\u00e9rer le sur une grille pour le laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de le couper. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conseils_de_Conservation\"><\/span>Conseils de Conservation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce pain se conserve bien envelopp\u00e9 dans un torchon ou dans une boite dans un endroit sec pendant 3-4 jours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous vous ne pr\u00e9voyez pas de consommer tout le pain rapidement. Vous pouvez le trancher et le congeler.Emballez-le herm\u00e9tiquement dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation, puis d\u00e9congelez-le au besoin. Placez le directement au grille-pain ou au four.
