Des assiettes simples mais pleines de caract\u00e8re, qui racontent quelque chose, entre influences marocaines et inspirations glan\u00e9es un peu partout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je commence avec une version sal\u00e9e, un vrai plat tout-en-un, parfait \u00e0 n\u2019importe quelle heure de la journ\u00e9e : une p\u00e2te \u00e0 sfenj parfum\u00e9e aux grains de cumin et au s\u00e9same, que je cuis comme une focaccia bien dor\u00e9e, moelleuse \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et croustillante autour. La base ? Une p\u00e2te \u00e0 sfenj qu&#8217;on utilise \u00e9galement pour faire du <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/en\/bouchiyar-pain-marocain-a-la-poele-super-moelleux\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nadzsnacks.com\/bouchiyar-pain-marocain-a-la-poele-super-moelleux\">bouchiyar<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, un pain marocain ultra moelleux et bien hydrat\u00e9 que j\u2019adore. Des l\u00e9gumes bien compot\u00e9s, une sauce tomate parfum\u00e9e au cumin, paprika, ail\u2026 et des \u0153ufs, juste cuits dans cette sauce br\u00fblante. C\u2019est humble, rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, mais tellement riche en saveurs. Dans ma version, je mise sur des poivrons rouges et jaunes bien grill\u00e9s au four pour apporter un go\u00fbt fum\u00e9 et sucr\u00e9. Je sers le tout avec un \u0153uf frit au jaune coulant, plein de coriandre fra\u00eeche et une touche de feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, pour un contraste de texture et de salinit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le v\u00e9ritable twist, c\u2019est la m\u00e9lasse de dattes : un filet de cette douceur naturelle que je verse sur le plat juste avant de servir. Cette note sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e ajoute une profondeur in\u00e9dite \u00e0 la shakshuka, tout en accentuant les ar\u00f4mes des poivrons grill\u00e9s et des \u00e9pices. Cette touche sucr\u00e9e n\u2019est pas seulement un d\u00e9tail, c\u2019est ce qui rend ce plat encore plus irr\u00e9sistible, presque addictif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_ingredients_quil_te_faut_pour_realiser_cette_focaccia_shakshuka\"><\/span>Les ingr\u00e9dients qu\u2019il te faut pour r\u00e9aliser cette focaccia shakshuka<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j\u2019aime dans cette recette, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle ne demande pas grand-chose, juste de bons ingr\u00e9dients, bien choisis. La p\u00e2te est simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, et la garniture peut varier selon la saison ou ce que tu as sous la main.
