garniture, tu peux ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de <strong>cinq-\u00e9pices chinois<\/strong>, un m\u00e9lange embl\u00e9matique qui \u00e9quilibre les cinq saveurs fondamentales : sucr\u00e9, sal\u00e9, amer, acide et umami. Il est compos\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>anis \u00e9toil\u00e9<\/strong>, de <strong>clou de girofle<\/strong>, de <strong>cannelle<\/strong>, de <strong>poivre de Sichuan<\/strong> et de <strong>fenouil<\/strong>. Ce m\u00e9lange parfume d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019huile, en apportant une profondeur chaleureuse et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement anis\u00e9e. Tu peux aussi y ajouter du <strong>zeste de citron vert<\/strong> ou des <strong>graines de s\u00e9same<\/strong> pour une touche plus fra\u00eeche ou croquante, selon ton envie ( c&#8217;est ma
